AIT Technology is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information and assistance in Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, and English.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys as required, using Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, or English.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner, utilizing Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, or English.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services in Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, or English.
Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
- Fluent in Amharic, Oromiffa, Tigrigna, and English (written and spoken).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in all four languages.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
